Learned at a friend's party
Supplies: People (no less than 6), a lot of liquor, shot glasses, pack of cards and a fair amount of room.
Drunk Level: Drunk (increases when more people play)
This game tests concentration and coordination.
Note: There really isn’t any winner in this game (since the point is to get drunk and have fun) Although if you want to follow the original rules for the regular “Simon Says”, go ahead. May result in falls as the game progresses.
Rules: Set up liquor where Simon will be giving commands. Shuffle deck of cards, going clockwise whoever picks the ace of spades is Simon. Play as you would regularly. When a person(s) is out, everyone (including Simon) takes a shot of whatever they want or whatever is available. Unlike regular “Simon Says”, those who are out stay in the game so everyone can have fun. When everyone is back in the play area, the game continues.
Tips & Guidelines
The person playing Simon can step down and be part of the crowd. S/he then chooses the next Simon from out of the crowd at random.
If indoors, try removing all breakable/valuable objects away from the play area.
Have an assortment of different liquors. (beer doesn’t work since everyone can’t chug well, so shots get you back to the game as soon as possible)
A person(s) in the crowd can sit out whenever they choose.
Original game: Players that are out stay out until the next game and act as referees. Also Simon can not switch with a person in the crowd. Everyone still drinks when a person(s) is out.
Large Game: If 25 or more people are playing have somebody, pouring drinks, to cut down on time. Have a lot more liquor. If you find yourself with more than 56 people playing add more cards to the deck, but leaving only one ace of spades.
As Simon, be creative with your commands. The more creative/funnier, the better.
E.g. “Simon says dry hump the person next to you.”
“Simon says walk around like a chicken.” etc.
Most importantly have fun and be safe! |
