Have a full set of 54 (including jokers) playing cards. Set a full bottle of beer (unopened) in the center of the table. With the cards make a full circle around the beer bottle making sure there are no spaces in between each card. Person to the left of the person who delt the circle goes first. Each person draws one card during his/her turn. Each card that is drawn has a different meaning. Who ever draws a card and opens the circle, they must chug the beer bottle from the center of the circle and the game must start over. The rules for the cards are as follows: 

2you- pick someone to drink                                      

3me- drawer drinks                                               

4Whore- girls drink                                                  

5Statement- the drawer starts off by saying one word to began a statement. The person to the left says the second word to continue the statement. It continues until someone cant think of another word to keep the statement going or until someone says a word that doesnt make sense with the rest of the statement previously said. (ex. person 1-I person 2- am person 3- a person 4- California.. person 4 didnt make sense so they must take a drink.)                                 

6Dicks- guys drink                                                      

7Heaven- everyone must reach for heaven. the last one to reach with both hands takes a drink                

8Name a state- the drawer will began by naming a state in the U.S. going to their left. it will continue untill someone repeats or cant think of one within 5 seconds. (youd be suprised how quickly this is over).

9Bust A Rhyme- the drawer starts off by saying one line that rhymes. the person to their left will say a second line that rhymes. The first person who makes up a rhyme and dont have a story that make sense they must drink. (ex. person 1- i have a fat dog person 2- hes looks like a hog person 3- i try to take him for a jog person 4- but hes too fat. person 4 will drink because their line did not rhyme with the others) that person may also have to drink if their line did not go with the same story.                          

10Spin- With an empty beer bottle the drawer must "spin the bottle". whoever it lands on they must take a drink.                                                                        

Jack- Thumbmaster. This person has the power to put their thumb on the table whenever they want to. the person who puts their thumb down last takes a drink. no one is allowed to hold their thumb on the table at all times. they are the thumbmaster until someone else draws a jack.                                                          

Queen- questionmaster. This person can ask any other player a question at any time. If that person answers without a question, they must drink. (ex. questionmaster-whos turn is it? other player- i dont know. the other player must drink. BUT if the questionmaster asks whos turn is it? the other player answers with a question like "you dont know whos turn it is? then the questionmaster must drink.) this person will remain the questionmaster until someone else draws a queen.                                                      

King- Catagory. The drawer picks a catagory (model of cars, ufc fighters, colors, etc.) the person to the left will say something within that catagory and it will go around the circle until someone cant think of any within 5 seconds or repeats any. if they do repeat or cant think of any, they must take a drink.                 

Ace- Waterfall/ Social. Depending on how drunk you already are, you may choose if you want to play waterfall or social. social is everyone takes one drink. waterfall is played by the drawer starting his/her beer then the person to the left of them starts then the person to the left of them start and so on. but since you cant start until the person to the right of you starts, then you cant stop until the person to the right of you stops. only the drawer has control of your drinking on this one.       

Joker- WILD. Everyone wants this card. the drawer can pick out of anything above that they want to steal from someone else. whoever they steal it from the person who got "robbed" must drink. the drawer then becomes what they stole.
