Game Rules:  The rules are simple you can use any game rule to start the thumb master fiasco.  The idea is the game that when a rule is made or someone names a song first etc.  any reason you decide, you can become the designated thumb master that person puts their thumb on the table at their liesure.  The last person to put their thumb on the table has to drink.  You can do it as many times as you would like  and the thumb master can be changed be a rule in any game.
